(User Info | Send a Message) | | True point. It's sad. It's not enough that they objectify us to the point that we become the victims they look for, but they do, like you say, demasculinize men. I still haven't gotten over the comment Shaq made about Yao Ming, and he wasn't even talking about me in terms of sex or actual person. The classics are when they try to show AM's as the bad guys in some movies, or even the good guys, and then they show these little white guys kicking their butts all the time, when in real life, these white guys wouldn't stand a chance. |
