Anywho, the article that they were responding to (which can be found at http://www.tuftsdaily.com/vnews/display.v/ART/2005/03/07/422bd10e56267)
states the definition of need-blind as being "the ability to evaluate applicants without any consideration as to their ability to shoulder the cost of a Tufts education."
